Cairnwell Consulting is based in Perthshire, Scotland and owned and ran by Kat Brown. Kat has over 16 years experience in stakeholder mapping and community engagement, Equality Impact Assessment, data collection and analysis, communications, marketing, training, events and behaviour change strategy development . Cairnwell Consulting's services are tailored to each organisation owing to the unique blend of qualifications, skills, experience, flexibility and approach Kat prides herself on applying.
Qualifications include - SP=EED training (Successful Planning = Effective Engagement and Delivery), Behavioural Psychology, Corporate Communications, L3 Adult Education & Training, mediating skills & conflict management, Stakeholder Management, Project Management and Social Marketing, amongst others.
Kat has worked extensively across Scotland with a wide variety of clients in previous roles including community groups in rural areas, such as The Grantown Society, Iochdar Pathway Project, and Highland Perthshire Cycling. More recently Kat's expertise has supported and delivered engagement services and behaviour change strategies for local authorities in both urban and rural areas including West Lothian Council, Orkney Islands Council, and the Cairngorm National Park Authority (CNPA).
